We currently accept PayPal, debit/credit, cash (in person sales only), Apple Pay and Google Pay as our form of payments. We do not accept bank transfers, checks, or e-checks as a form of payment. All sensitive and private information is secure and kept confidential.

All information that is provided to us by our customers will always be kept confidential. We will NEVER sell your information to any other organization. We do keep your email address for sending you updates and promotions on new products. You always have the option to unsubscribe from our email list at anytime. 

Since our products are all handmade, no two items will look exactly alike. Please expect differences in our designs from time to time.

We only ship to the U.S at this time. If you would like us to ship to another country, please inquire prior to placing an order. All shipping charges are calculated for U.S addresses only. We ship using USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2 to 3 days from the time we ship, unless other shipping type is selected at checkout. We normally ship within 48-72 hours of receiving your order. If we are out of stock on a particular product, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice or wait the desired time for us to get the product made.

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package has been opened. If you received the wrong order, send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once opened, we cannot accept it for a return/refund. Our products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we cannot accept returns.

It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over.
